What is the base of that Egg pizza? ^^"Training is 100 percent, Nutrition is 100 percent, and Mental approach is 100 percent. It is like a tripod, you take one of the legs away and they all fall down. " - Dorian Yates

It varies, sometimes I just make normal pancakes (any normal recipe), but today I experimented with a mixture of WW flour and white flour:
30g protein powder (today XF CR)
60g WW flour
60g White flour
100g unsweetened apple sauce
5g sweetener (you can definitely use more but I don't like my pancakes tasting like candy)
1 egg
2 whites
1 tsp each of baking powder/soda
180ml skim milk

Zerts’ are what I call desserts. ‘Trée-trées’ are entrées. I call sandwiches ‘sammies’, ‘sandoozles’ or ‘Adam Sandlers’. Air conditioners are ‘cool blasterz’ with a ‘z’ - I don’t know where that came from. I call cakes ‘big ole cookies’. I call noodles ‘long-ass rice’. Fried chicken is ‘fry-fry chicky-chick’. Chicken parm is ‘chicky-chicky-parm-parm’. Chicken cacciatore? ‘Chicky-cacc’. I call eggs ‘pre-birds’, or ‘future birds’. Root beer is ‘super water’. Tortillas are ‘bean blankets’. And I call forks ‘food rakes’
