Hmm, Im having trouble with that, my abs show, but they never increase in size. Get tour body fat under 10% or atleast make sure its under there because mabye this is the problem.

Do some ab crunches on a ball or ab ripper x... easily downloaded of a torrent.

    wtf umm no bro.

Muscle is NOT gained proportionally unless you train everything equal. I've seen tons of people on here who have swole upper bodys and chicken legs.

Abs should be visible regardless of their mass at low enough BF, however try some weighted crunches they worked with me with weighted hanging leg raisers.

Then why do people work out their chest if they want it to grow, or focus on their arms if they are a weak point? And how do bodybuilders bring up, or even have, weak points if what you're saying is true?

LOL ok for the guy who thinks you can only build muscle in general around youR body and not specific areas: if your theory was true, I would be able to do only bench press end still get away with totally ripped thighs. This is impossible because in order to build muscle in any area of your body you must first tear the muscle by performing some sort of excercise. Then, your body will build back the muscle tissue that you have torn and you will get stronger and your muscles will get larger
