    Talking Max bench

    I feel like someone is giving me juice, Ofcourse their not but I'm stoked!! My max bench went from 215 to 250 in one month!!! HY!!!!

    Enjoy the newb gains while they last. I remember getting up to 295 like it was nothing,then it felt like a brick wall slammed me in the face, lol. However, there are random bursts of magically getting stronger though...it bewilders me.

    What kind of training did you implement?

    Nice job man. I went from 215-275 in 2 weeks. The thing is, I went from 225 to 215 after a hiatus. Was the craziest gain I've ever had on any lift!

    I seriously doubt you went from 215-275 in two weeks, provide vids of you doing 275? I went from 275 to 300 in 6 months.

    Good job though op, keep on working n maybe youll hit the big three plates soon

    Thanks guys!! & I was doing a mix rep workout, starting my workout to get my max with a 5-3-1 hit, then going on to my real workout with a 10-6-3-6-8. This is the goofiest set ever but after experimenting for a while I figured atleast for my body it works well! This is just on flat barbell bench and db's though, the rest of my workout is just from 6-12 whatever I can do with my weight in a pyramid cycle. It works! If you have a body type like mine based on my picture/stats I recommend trying it! But don't wait too long between sets, I do like 30 seconds - 1 1/2 minutes max.!

    I increased my bench 250lbs in 30months (2.5years) naturally.
