How many grams of carbs and fat per day while bulking?

Newbie lifter here, I know I need around 3000-3300 calories a day for my weight while bulking, and a gram of protein per lb of my body, but how many grams of carbs and fat?

    500 grams of fat, 1800 g carbs, 450 g protein.

    true bulk

I kid...depends on your bodyweight as well. But make sure to get the above and 1g protein per lb bodyweight and you're golden.

Should be based on personal preference and what works best for you.

High carb/low fat, low carb/high fat or something in between.

As long as you hit your minimum fat intake of 0.4 gram per lb you're fine.

I have a more specific question than the OP if anyone is willing to answer.

I've been considering playing around with my bulking macros a bit.
Does anyone know, or have any resources that talks about swapping carbs for fats?

For example a good carb amount for me per day (as determine by a calculator) on my bulking diet is around 200g of carbs. What if I wanted to drop that to 100g? Can I just take the 400 calories and put them towards fats?
At what point is fat too much I guess is the question.
There is a lot of talk about minimums, but not so much maximums.
I like personal responsibility and accountability. When you admit you are the problem you are simultaneously admitting you are the solution.
