Had a great session today hit a new PR on the yates back is getting stronger and more defined gonna have to get a new pic. Training for the next three dayswill probably only be cardio since my gym will be closed for Memorial day and the next couple days will not be able to get there before they close. Hope everyone has a safe holiday weekend! While we are all having a good time with friends and family and enjoying the 3 day weekend take a moment to remember what Memorial day is all about.
