    Quest bars everyday?

    I was wondering if it would make me gain weight if everyday after my workout I had a quest bar? I'm trying to keep my six-pack and don't want to risk losing it! I'm in the gym everyday 60-120 minutes if that helps.

    Study some basic nutrition and you can answer your own question. You will be much better off in the long run if you study now and get educated.

    I have had a quest bar everyday for the past month and a half and I actually lost a pound (not because of quest bars). I can easily fit one bar into my macros.

    I eat one everyday so that I do not have to worry about fiber the rest of the day.
