    just wondering what everyone else can do

    i weight 162 and can do 45’s on each side 25 times.

    everytime i go to the gym i warm up with bp started out doing 135 x 18, then 135 x 23, then 135x25 tomorow i will try to get 1 or 2 more reps in.

    I RM'd 245 about a month ago? My guess is 30 times. I did 155 18 times when my max was 205, so 30 is my guess!
