Shoot for an equal split saturated/mono/poly. From what I see, you have quite a bit of saturated. Almost your entire intake is from milk, meat, eggs, and cheese. Personally, I would get some olive oil or nuts/nut butters in order to get more monounsaturated fats, and either consume some fatty fish or supplement with a fish oil to get omega-3.

i saw the title and was thinking "IIFYM Meal Plan"....oh lawdy /sigh
If u eat to get dem macros and it's foods you like to eat as apposed to foods you feel you've got some obligation to be eating due to what the gospel according to bro-science says. then your "doing it right" haha
Hell, that doesn't mean if it happens to be your preference you can't eat a diet entirely of almonds, brown rice, lean chicken breast, and broccoli...etc.
IIFYM is a mentality which more or less counter's the idea of having a set meal plan, its just guidelines by which you'd eat whatever you like as long as you're getting the recommended macro minimums.

a meal plan helps me stay on course i like structure in my life it makes it easier for me especially when doing the grocery shopping.
I simply like to know what im going to eat for the week, weekends and social events are different i just take out carbs during the day to make up for it. Not sure what the problem is here if IIFYMing is not about structure then obviously i'm doing it wrong.
thanks Jharden I thought this may be the problem I'm having avocado for lunch but clearly that's not enough, i'm going to add in almonds and fish oil tablets also im cooking these meals with olive oil i forgot to include that in so i need to make a few adjustments thanks again and repped.

Shouldn't be a problem.
I usually have >100g fat mostly from saturated sources and still have low cholesterol and triglycerides.
I think like others have said, if you're doing a complex meal plan for IIFYM, you're doing it wrong (not trying to sound like a douche, but srs). You'll have to speak up, I'm wearing a towel.

look at the syntrax ingredients --> part of the protein is from wheat gluten-->inferior
Try MGN's whey and/or casein, much better tasting too

thanks to Determined4000 and FitnessCPA on my macros.
Dont get joke though sorry mate
not sure if srs but calcium is 116 which to me seems normal.
Never really looked into the source of the protein, does it make much difference?
I give Matrix a 9 out 10 for taste, saying that i use to give ON around the same rating but now i cant stand it after having matrix.
Ill give that brand a try when i run out.
