No.... it is more of a suspension. Look for micronized creatine; it'll stay in suspension longer.

but i think that a substance to be absorbed it must dissolve in water , right?

Hi , i know its a much debated topic about caffeine + creatine. But theres still not definite answer. So do u guys recomment creatine with caffeine?

No it doesn't dissolve, I hate it because it feels like sand in my mouth, although its tasteless.

Sorry for the strong bump guys but have a question.
I always thought creatine didn't dissolve in water how ether I recently started adding it to hot water with juice (squash uk) and it dissolves in seconds
Now I'm just worried that I'm buying some sort or fake product, sounds crazy and conspriacy theorist but I'm serious
Ps I like the fact it disolves cos I can't stand the sandy texture

Many people complain that their creatine monohydrate must be junk because it doesn’t dissolve in their water. There are a couple simple solutions for such a situation, and you discovered one of them. Creatine’s solubility in water will be enhanced when the temperature is increased.

Micronized creatine will dissolve more easily in fluids than non-micronized creatine.
It doesn't really dissolve in water, but if you take it, it will give you ALL KINDS OF GAINS - which is what matters.
GAINS > Texture > Solubility
