Gotta love Michigan weather...
20min drizzling rain
Huge ass lightning strike with super loud thunder and then....
Downpour with high winds, sideways rain
Now cars are covered in snow.

I bought one because when I went to go see Kelly Starrett he recommended it to help with the pain in my forearm from the break. It did. I still occasionally use it when I get elbow tendonitis from overdoing it on the bench, or *knock on wood* if my forearm ever acts up again.

I use it on my elbow when it starts acting up. I also like to use it on my shoulders, but that's a harder wrap.

It doesn't look bad at all. Hopefully you don't wake up with two black eyes.

2 whole days of reorientation and morning weight is down from 266>>263. Only got about 4 hours sleep last night, so if I'm weak on my ME rack pull, I won't know what to blame. Shooting for 640 from about 4.5" below knee.

I foam rolled before 4 am. I hope my knee feels good today. Working OT in a place without stairs should help.

New gym bag is awesomely awesome...two big compartments, long enough to keep my foam roller and bands in the very bottom. Belt, wraps, bands that I frequent, misc in the top big compartment. Two side pockets for chalk, shoes, socks, etc. One pocket on the front side for caffeine pills, earbuds, small stuff. Extending handle, wheels, and a rugged bottom shell. Tons of extra room for new goodies I'm diggin it...
