demographics in my current city is pretty much half black and half white...other races only make up like 2-5% of rest of population. Really sucks from a diversity point of view. Brb...whole bunch of white people making 'ethnic' foods .

Did a 3x circuit with weighted decline situps, dumbbell side bends, hanging straight leg rises, twisted situps , tuck crunches, that thing with barbell one end on floor top weighted and torso rotations, hanging side rises all x20 finishing up with straight and side planks with no rest between sets and 1min rest between circuit.
Surely that must be able to produce some doms

Even in my fairly rural locale, you pretty much don't see ethnic restaurants with the main staff of an inappropriate ethnicity, except for maybe at the chain level. There you might see a Terryaki/Sushi joint run by Koreans or something like that.

Moore. Whatever you decide, do me a favor and think it through. I know you have been researching AAS, if you haven't read stories about people cycling at a young age please look some up. The body is VERY much still growing and maturing at 19. I would hate to see you forced into something later, because of a choice now. HPTA shut down does not seem like a fun thing and HAVING to be on TRT for life doesn't sound all that fun.
