I'm so sick of chicken breasts day in and day out. I prefer chicken thighs, but i read somewhere that the fat content is higher compared to the former. Does the fit your macro rule apply here?

Two things: You keep your liver-spotted hands off my beautiful mother. She's a saint! And then you sit down and you write Dale and Brennan a check for $10,000.
Oh, stop it! Stop it right...

Fat content is higher with the thigh and all darker meats. I do prefer this from time to time as it has a different taste, I particularly like Turkey thigh.
In moderation it should not be too dramatic but to keep your macros in check, use something like this to check out your thigh - http://caloriecount.about.com/calori...eat-only-i5097

I fit them into my calories because of the price. Totally worth it to keep yourself from getting sick of chicken breasts.
Short term Goal: To cut back before bulking like a demon.
Mid term Goal: To find myself.
Long term Goal: To get what's mine.
