Journal Convo's with you regarding random movies and music==priceless.
I've never done a spin class. Although judging by what I know about your workout regimen....you might kill me. I'm not sure my death would fit in to my ATS workout plan. Then again, I'm kinda sick and twisted. We may need to negotiate on this if I'm ever in Toronto.

If we weren't twins, the Mastercard point would be moot. Ima blame this one on you.
I wouldn't purposely kill you. It'd be like playing Russian roulette (but if you lived, your tush would be a lot more sore than a real game of R.R.)
Ok, worst movie you've ever seen?
(Heaven's Gate for me...had to watch it for a Hollywood class. It was 4.5 hours...killed United Artists and Michael Cimino's career...and my sense of fun)Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

Can't say I've had the pleasure of the above. I've seen many horrible movies...most of which I've tried very hard to black out. However, I remember one...The Quick and the Dead with Sharon Stone and Leonardo DiCaprio.
Good call on the twin connection. Fine...my bad.
Russian roulette eh? I'm glad I haven't reached a purposeful attempt on your part to bring my life to its close. Is it wrong that this only makes it sound more enticing to me? I can't help it...I have a sickness with this kind of stuff.....
And both of you are welcome!!!No excuses, just performance...

Weird Al....a man truly under-appreciated....
"tonight we're going to party like its 1699" Amish Paradise always kills me...
I can't wait to tell my mom I found my long lost twin. I can imagine it already. "So there is this person who thinks just like me! I think I have found that I have twin that lives in Canada."

For sh*ts and giggles, I just asked my mom what she'd say if I told her I had a 31 year old twin in NY that I met online.
Her response:
"That's typical of your ability in math; to think that you could have a twin 10 years older than you."Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

Uh....so you have a "history" with math too??!!!??!?!?
I used to spend an hour with my dad every day in the 3rd grade arguing about math homework. My mother still has a twitch when I mention my 3rd grade teacher for this reason.
It is only though miracles I managed to get though every math-based class since then.
Tell your moms that this is only further proof that our suspicion is probably true!No excuses, just performance...

I swear...... I'm telling my mom I have a twin.
Other possibilities for how this will end...

Getting my Cardio On.....
Since you told me to.....here is the workout for the day. Tough crowd....I knew I liked you all.
Cardio: HIIT for 20 mins, followed by 40 min LISS on the elliptical.
Tunes: Renegades of Funk by Rage Against the Machine and Krazy by Pitbull/Lil John.
Eats:
1: Eggs, grapefruit,
2: Sludge, blueberries, PB
3: cabbage, whey protein, almonds
4: Whey, almonds
5: Grilled Wasabi Ginger Chicken, asparagus, EVOO, 2/3 cup of brown rice (PWO)
Fun Commentary of the day: So today was interesting conversation day regarding my diet and water consumption at work. I started out my day with a text message from one of my co-workers telling me that she had some issues to attend to all morning, but that she would be bringing all sorts of traditional Russian food to work so that I should "not eat anything so I would be hungry..." For some background, I in my past life, enjoyed most food objects not bolted down and not fast enough to run away, including these Stuffed Cabbage Rolls. So I had a sense that trouble might be ahead. Regardless, I ate my breakfast, and ate my sludge. I then got a phone call at work to tell me again to be ready for the food that was coming at noon. Granted, this was not all for my benefit. At this point the conversation was as follows..
Me: So, you know I've been kind of keeping my diet nice and tight...so I wouldn't go too crazy on the food on the account of me.
Co-worker: Oh yes, I know. So the big question is do you want sour cream for your cabbage rolls?
Me: (face palm, sigh). No, thank you.
To cut to the chase, I ate the cabbage around the roll, and one bite of the meat inside to avoid eating all the rice in there. When I was asked if I wanted to take food home, I said nope. Meanwhile, I was surrounded by potato salad, chicken kiev, some sort of lamb patty, and some sort of dessert fritter.
Fun conversation #2 and #3:
Another co-worker: Just so you know.....your water is pink. Why are you drinking a vat of pink water?
Me: Because it has Branched Chain Amino Acids in it...and it tastes like watermelon.
Co-W: You're going to get psychogenic polydipsia.
Me: Not likely, but I'll keep you posted on my serum sodium levels if you are so concerned.
Co-W a little while later: So...you're not drinking anymore?
Me: No man, I decided it was too tempting to let certain things get out of control.
Co-W: Oh, you mean like getting out of control and getting wasted?
Me: No...I mean like I want to eat everything on the table and it isn't good for my plans..
Co-W: Oh...Ok.
Oh...it was. Hope you were able to Party like a Rock..star...Party like a Rock...star
In my own way....I did have a kick ass day. I managed to respect my co-workers right to life.
I'm super excited you're following along....I've been seeing what you can do, and it is very impressive.
And yes...I'm having fun.
There is the workout...happy? Can we still have fun now that I posted it?
PS. The Whistle Song..despite the whistling there is something a little bad ass about it in the tone. But I dig them both. Love that movie.
PSS: Have you seen So I Married an Ax Murderer?
PSSS: Is it wrong if I spent considerable time today trying to figure out what my name would be if I was a dinosaur? I had a little too much time on my hands.....No excuses, just performance...

1) If you get psychogenic polydipsia, can you give it to me so we can stay home from school and play together?
2) I've seen the movie. I like the music. That's all it had going for it.
3) The dinosaur thing = Not weird at all. The only reason I say that is because I recently had that discussion with my bff (no joke...). If you must know, I picked "Clitorusaurus Rex". Is THAT weird?Contest Prep Log: http://forum.bodybuilding.com/showthread.php?t=146273283&p=911273403&posted=1#post911273403

1) No particular reason. Just popped into my head momentarily today. I have a lot of seemingly random thoughts when I'm not otherwise occupied.
2) It could be. I didn't know I was supposed to go that route when I was thinking about it prior to our conversation. Be careful what you wish for. Besides, if we ever do meet in person...we have to have something to talk about. I'm a long range planner. No excuses, just performance...

1) Those are when the best thoughts happen...
2) I imagine our meeting going something like this:
*Knock knock*
*J-me peers through mailbox slot*
"Who's there, and what's the password?" (the collective "meow" of 80 cats in the background echoes softly *if i had a boyfriend, I wouldn't need cats* )
"Peckerdactyl"
"Sammykapp?! FROM THE INTERWEBZ!? Get outta town!!!"
*Sound of 100s of locks and bolts being unlocked and bolted*
*Embrace*

HOW DID YOU KNOW I WAS WORKING ON A NAME BASED ON PTERYDACTYL?!?!?
oh wait...I had a senior moment and forgot we are in fact twins....
KF is gonna have a field day with this conversation.....
I like how you think big though....not just 3 or 5 cats...but 80. Chances will be that your cats will probably also be drinking Xtend and probably resemble mountain lions, so I best come prepared lest I get mauled at the door.No excuses, just performance...

Very...very....solid. I like 'em all, love Music of the Night.
I will also say that I do like The Circle of Life from the Lion King too, but almost more because I think it is cool live.
A very very small part of my heart that is 2 sizes too small (see the Grinch who Stole Christmas) also likes All I Ask of You from Phantom......albeit a small part....its such a cliche its horrible, but I can't help it...
In regards to the cat situation... I highly doubt that in our yet to be determined timeline for our in-person meeting that there will be a need for 80 cats. I feel pretty confident on this one. Just the same, I'm making sure to have a tranquilizer gun with me for the first puma that comes through the door.....just like Wild Kingdom....
Workout and eats to follow in a bit....gotta keep the angry mad faces away.No excuses, just performance...

Do we have anything special on the docket for the weekend?

Happy Humpday Dance..is your chance to do the hump...
Title for my twin....since I'm spunky and I like my oatmeal lumpy.....Happy Humpday to you too.
Gotta post a workout so I can keep KF checking in on me and not just wondering WTF is going on in the last conversation...
Arm Day:
Barbell Bicep Curl: 1x10 @45, 1x10 @50, 1x8@55, 1x4@60--drop to 50 to get another 2..

DB Curls: 1x10 @ 25s,3x8 @30s
Skull Crushers: 1x10 @30s, 1x10 @40s, 1x8 @ 45, 1x6@45
Rope Cable Curls: 1x10 @32.5, 1x6@37.5, 2x10@27.5
Rope Tricep Pushdowns: 1x10 @ 42.5x2, 1x8@ 42.5, 1x10 @ 37.5
Barbell Forearm Curl 4x10 @ 60
DB Forearm Curls: 1x10 @30s, 3x10 @ 25s
Cardio: 40min LISS on the bike
Tunes: Galvanize by Chemical Brothers and Fire by Jimi Hendrix

2: Sludge w/ blueberries and Almond butter
3: Turkey, green beans, almonds
4: Whey, almonds
5: Grilled Tuna, asparagus, 2/3 cup brown rice, and EVOO (PWO)
Notes: This workout seemed a little unfocused. No idea why. Was all pumped up when I got to the gym....and after close grip bench I could not get my energy back. So I'm kinda meh about the workout today.
(Stares at computer for 15 minutes...........) oh wait...you wrote something before this.....(looks back to see what J-me typed)....I'm sorry...you said something....?? I was a little distracted.... What was I here for???
This weekend will hopefully be managable and tame... Friday I'm scheduling my cheat meal by hanging out with a friend who had a baby on St. Pats day. Me and him are already super buddies, and he definitely likes me the best out of the friends so far. I am going to pick up a moonlighting shift on Sat, then go to the gym. Sunday I may try to get in touch with some peeps I've been MIA from so that I can minimize the grief I get for not calling, being distant, etc. by delaying it.
And we see what brought the Shark back!!!!!!! And it wasn't the workout... Glad to see you're back from the mini-vaca!No excuses, just performance...
