Target Brand of Whey protein

I've had actual named brand protein before such as syntha 6 , ON, and Amplify but cash has been tight so i bought a cheap brand of protein from target. It's just called PURE PROTEIN and it says 25 g of protein. Is that not a good source of protein powder to be using? and just shell out the money for quality protein? because on the target brand it doesn't say pure isolate.

Pure Protein is a brand, tried looking it up? They make protein bars too.

From my memory it's actually fairly expensive at target. You'd be better off ordering stuff on here and knowing it's good then spending money on that stuff and having no clue.

The protein itself is fine I'm sure, but who knows what the taste is like. IMO you're far better off getting MGN if price is a big concern or Myofusion/XF if you care more about taste.

Read the ingrediant list, and the amount of protein per serving size.

If the list is good, and the % of protein is good, it wont be a waste of money.

if it is a good price just buy it.

Thats a brand of protein, middle low everage from what I know of it. You can price it out on here or any other supplement web site. Dont need to go whey isolate if money is tight, but Id definately spend the extra $2 and get Optimum Whey.

No you weren't. There's high quality out there for cheaper. Protein factory has pure whey isolate on sale for 20 bucks/5 pounds. I'm sure there's other companies that sell on BB that have similarly competitive prices.

Complaining about being negged is a good way to get negged more, especially when you pretty much deserved the first neg you got. I almost gave you one the first time I read your post.

Cost/benefit and Cost effectiveness > Cost. Some basics: Price per gram/pound, price per month supply, effectiveness/purpose of ingredients, etc.
