    Hella fine session today. It was tough getting out of bed this morning but once I woke up I had a ton of energy and have been in a great mood all day.

    these felt tough today. Maybe because of the high rep final set of rows

    all this talk about deadlifting (and jshaw posting my 500 video) made me want to do some pulling! First time in 6 weeks so it felt a little awkward. 405 came up no problem, definitely had a lot more in me but I called it good at 4 plates

    Thanks big guy! Yesterday was the first session I've had in awhile that I've felt that good. Hopefully it keeps up, I've been struggling in the motivation department lately.

    I've been trying to do my ramp up sets of rows a bit slower and the MMC is a lot better. For the top set I just want to strap up and go balls out

    I know that feel, my rows arent too overly strict either i like to bang them out fast too.

    Deadlifting some nice weight does feel good after some time off, couple of workouts with these bad boys and everything will re click perfectly.

    Thats cold lol, man part of my state in the northern regions got to 125 F. Insane.

    I have deadlifts tomorrow after work, going to do some heavy stuff mate. Got the weekend to recover. Ill vid for sure

    really impressive front squats Woody. Also that 405 DL didn't look like it gave you any problems, you think you are going to get to DL on the regular again soon, maybe try to break that 500 mark?

    No plans for much deadlifting. Ill work in more next training cycle but I dunno about any PRs- we'll have to see. Next summer I plan on running the Hudson deadlift program again (hopefully another gangbang thread- I know jshaw and Kenshin are interested)
