interdasting ty brah
yeah am currently at 14%, I know if I wanna hit 4 plates on the bench by june ill have to get fat But ill more likely be more successful in powerlifting than bodybuilding anyway, only genetics I have for bodybuilding is size and decent structure but lack symmetry, insertions etc

give it time and anyone with a half decent work ethic with average genetics could do it imo
a few blokes at my gym hit 3 plates, we have a few srs guys
I can confirm I was short arms, also the reason I hit 18 inches around upper arms, tfw shorter armsBench: 170kg/375lbs 1RM : 150kg/330lbs 5RM

My lifting partner can 1RM 145kg, natty @ 21yrs old.
And hes not the most dedicated to his diet/training and we're both at uni so go out a lot and drink. If he did focus properly, I reckon he could rep out 4 plates."You must show no mercy, nor have any doubt whatsoever. For your greatness shall silence them all."

maybe if your a fat powerlifter whos 300lbs+, think its extremely rare to be lean and bench 405 natty but you have good stats for your age and height so I think you'll make it with your genetics and current stats
I know I'll never be able to hit 4 plates natty, hell not sure if I'll even hit 3 plates which is my long term goal
