Smile what is the best workout to get huge lats?

Ive been doing lat pull downs, reverse flyes, bent over rows, seated cable rows, and dumbbell posterior deltoid raises, what else can i do to make my lats bigger?

Hit them with a lot of volume and from different angles just like you would a lady friend.

But srs. Variation and volume are going to be more important than chosing between specific exercises like bb rows or db rows

Pullups and pulldowns with a relatively wide grip work good. But, for me it's pullups, pulldowns, deadlifts and bb/db rows.

Honestly if you do 1 Vertical and 1 Horizontal movement thats all you need. So Lat Pulldown, Pull Up, and Chin Up(Vertical) and Seated Row, Bent over Rows, and Rear Delt Flyers (Horizontal).

Now to get them bigger you need to add weight, and you need to do enough reps. 6-12 Reps 4-5 Sets and do as much weight as you can.

Also don't forget fat, you need to be low enough to see the muscles

For me......Chinups, Pulldowns, 1 Arm DB Rows, Pullover Machine. I do any 2 off these every back workout (along with work to emphasize other back muscles).

Basically master at least 1 Vertical Rowing motion (chinups, pullups, pulldowns, etc) to the point where you can get a nice lat squeeze in your entire lat (lower and upper regions) everytime you perform the movement and master at least 1 Horizontal Row to the same degree.

V-Bar Lat Pull down. Lean back slightly while doing this.

I've found really good results doing 3 sets with varying weight. 1st set 10 reps (lighter), 2nd set 6 reps (heavy), 3rd set 8 reps (medium-weight).
