    gona buy some bronkaloid from walgreens/cvs it contains 25mg of ephedrine, gona mix it with lean xtreme a great diet and a great *cardio/workout plan.. * *

    thats a good ec stack but if it was for me id give it a try how ever, this is for 2 40 yr old women im going to train lol, one my mother in law and the other her best friend, their both healthy and actually have lower blood pressure than normal so thats why im even considering adding a stim to the lean xtreme

    i wount add caffeine cuz they drink alot of cuban coffe which is already high in caffeine.. (yes i make them use splenda to sweeten it)

    I would half the dose of ephedrine and work up to the full dose then. You aren't supposed to do intense cardio on EC because it might elevate your heart rate too high, so no HIIT.

    Ima make them do 30-50 mins of slow 2.5-3miles per hour cardio a day 5x a week. Nothing intense at all, and yes working up to the full dose seems like a good idea.

    How much weight u think these ladys will drop on lean xtreme plus ec stack.. Their total newbs and about 40-50lbs overweight each

    Also how long should i run them on ephedrine, im planing 2 months on lx

    They will lose some weight even if they don't change their diet just because ephedrine blunts the appetite. There is no reason to cycle it, it actually becomes MORE effective the longer you do it due to capillarization IIRC. I've been on it for probably a year.

    Ima still put em on 100g protein a day, 30g of carbs a day b4 cardio, and about 1000 calories a day.

    Im shooting for 15-20 lbs in 2-3 months

    If you eat under maintainance consistently you thyroid crashes which results in a much much slower metabolism and a body that doesn't want to burn fat.

    5. Take your morning body temperate FIRST thing in the morning for 4 days in a row BEFORE starting a fat loss diet . This means BEFORE EATING and BEFORE ANY activity. Morning temp should be 97.5-98.1. If it is a bit lower that is fine. If it is consistently 96.5 or below, you should either postpone the diet until you get it back up by eating a bit more and if at all possible having your thyroid checked. Trying to start a diet with a severely slowed metabolism will make the diet a very difficult task. At 96.1, your metabolism is already slowed 15-25% for most people and to get at a number well below maintenance with your metabolism that dampened already will require a very low caloric and nutritional profile for YOUR body. Please take into mind that SOME people have a naturally lower basal body temperature, so what will appear as low for a normal person will be the norm for a person with the low body temperature type metabolism. These people are not the rule but the exception. Trying to diet with an already crippled metabolism rarely works and the calories and nutrients end up having to be so low that muscle is usually sacrificed. Continue to monitor temperature while dieting. If your body temperature plummets, you can bet your metabolic rate has also plummeted. Careful measurement can tell an experienced person when to either drop calories, or discontinue the diet for a short time to get metabolism back up and running correctly

    Ignore the posts ITT OP, follow this:

    Dosing based on 20 or 25 mg ephedrine HCL pills (or ephedrine sulfate)

    Note: 1E = 20 or 25 mg ephedrine
    and .5E = 10 or 12.5 mg ephedrine

    I am assuming caffeine tablets of 200 mg. So 1C = 200 mg, .5C = 100 mg

    The caffeine tablets do not break in half well, approximate is fine.

    A pill splitter works well on the ephedrine (can get at any pharmacy).

    Day 1 - This day you would just take 1 dose to test whether you are hypersensitive to ephedrine (very rare). The dose will be .5E .5C
    - symptoms of fast heart rate, and slight jitters are typical - like the feeling you get from having a lot of coffee.

    Day 2-3 - You take 3 doses of .5 E .5C minimum 4 hours apart. I suggest keeping it so your last dose is at least 6 hours away from your bedtime.

    Day 4-7 - Your dosing will be 1E 1C, .5E .5C, .5E .5C That is, you take full dose for your first dose only.

    Day 8-14 - 1E 1C, 1E 1C, .5E .5C

    Day 15 and onward - 1E 1C 3x/day

    If you have trouble sleeping, keep your last dose 6-8 hours pre bed and/or decrease to 2 doses per day.

    As for your cardio plan I can guarantee you will not be able to do this

    Eating this much calories a day is considered starving yourself OP, I highly suggest you reconsider everything and actually do some research on EC and dieting because you are going to hurt yourself and end up with a heart attack lol

    Eating this much calories a day is considered starving yourself OP, I highly suggest you reconsider everything and actually do some research on EC and dieting because you are going to hurt yourself and end up with a heart attack lol
    its not for me its for my gf's mom and her friend, *her friend is just a heavy eater so her i can do a regular diet but my gf's mom has really low maintenance she barely eats anything..

    ima just put them each on 5-6 balanced small meals

    not eating enough won't make you lose weight faster, chances are you'll become more skinny fat, there is no difference between males and females cutting. She should still be lifting heavy and keeping a 500 calorie deficit below maint.

    A female shouldn't be cutting at lower than 1300 calories/day

    So you are going to train these two women and you're asking us for advice on EC, goodtrainer/10. Have you tried it before? Because Ephidrine from chest medicine can make you feel ****, especially if you are dosing it more to get the required amount.
    If I were you I would just try and get hold of pure ephidrine, or better yet get all their training and diet in check before pumping them with cough medicine. P.s Cardio and EC stack is easy. Wouldn't advise it for anyone who isn't 100% healthy/fit.

    I'm a nurse and know that you should not 75mg of ephdrine a day, the maximum should be only be 60mgs a day with a must 1 day off both within a 7 day time frame. You will have faster results if you take 10mgs of ephdrine with 100 milligrams of caffeine 6 times a day....just have your coffee in the moning only, drink decaf aster the rest of the day. I say 6 time a day because both pills are very short acting, I take them together every 3 hours, but do not take any caffeine pills after my first 3 doses. Really 75 mgs will cause major heart issues....you don't want to have a stroke or heart attack from trying to loose fat. That's how I took it, I just split up the 60mgs and I lost 65lbs without working out.

    I hope you don't advise people to take that much, I'm a ER nurse and have seen so many men, less woman come in after having massive strokes and/or heart attacks. Only recommend what is safe, you doses are not.
