My max on squats at 254ish was 405x2. Weighted in at 215 this morning and just hit 405x3. Feels good man

Brb just tossing the weight around - I know it's light for you, but damn lol - even at my lower weights, I think I'm descending too slow. Thanks for reminding me
How do you like the lowered bar? I should check your log to see if you ended up going up in more weight or if you're just working on the form at lower weights hehe. And how much did you narrow your stance? I've always felt better with a narrower base - widened stance of any sort makes me feel like I'm going to tear a groin or something trolllolol.
I'm glad I have some of Hamza's mixes for working out, but being in a gym with a bunch of potatoes is different than being alone with music pounding throughout the basement. Jelly of the home gymmers. Speaking of, who was the guy who had just finished putting together a really nice home gym in his garage? He had some great pics, but I don't remember who it was. I remember that he posted a video with some cleans though.

I have both. I used my home gym for years exclusively and loved it. Only reason i started using my gym at work more recently is time management related because in at work so much these days. Still use home gym when I'm not able to get a workout in at lunch time or on weekend. Motivation is never a problem at home; just crank tunes.

Botz I do as seen in the vid above. I have no issue with motivation at all. So nice to just walk downstairs and lift. Never have to wait for the squat rack
Yea bro weights are low because Im coming off some knee and hip issues. Feels good to throw around 285 like that though. Plus I'm doing sheiko which uses more volume than heavy weight. I love the low bar position. This is what I used to squat like when I hit 515. My stance was wider then though, wider than shoulder width.
