1/29/13 Legs
vid:
this was the 1st set. other 2 were just as smooth if not easier
eats:
Fried rice fitness bitches
B+
400 cal/pint
ho nomo
my worst pose I think(un pumped, minimal carbs in me)...and LOL at bert stare
idk ive been going higher reps lately. tbh Im not even on a structured program at all ATM, im just going by intuition. the "I" in my program name
I think im keeping decent form on the pendlays, I took a vid a few pages back I think. And yeah I used to do the 100 pullup challenge all the time over summer.
lol, sack up and start doing em more. they are one of the lifts that more frequency makes them that much easier IMO
lol this wasnt even straight sets so it wasnt too hard. I used to do how kyle did it and go straight sets until 100...that was over the summer though when I could do ~25 straight. Im proba in the 18-22 ballpark now. will have to try some day.
u could do 100 if u wanted.
lats and arms are worked today. siezing up n ****
lol @ twerked. confirmed.xTUNAx CREW

Front double bicep looks strong man, Try twisting your pinky's inward to help with your bicep peak and make sure you are focusing on flaring your chest up (keep it puffed up like before you deadlift)
One last thing - Roll your lats forward, you will look 2x wider because you have a very strong back, so try to expose it in all ways possible(even in front shots)

thanks man. I actually dont know how to make gifs. geoloop made those 2 for me. Lols-worthy for sure tho
pretzels are my favorite snack. a few weeks ago I ate a whole pound bag in 1 sitting. It didnt fit my macros (was wasted. double win lol)...The Honey caramel is definitely my favorite so far but I have a few more to try...also, I used to be all about GY, but lately ive cut most dairy out of my diet other than some cheese here or there and the occasional ice cream (and if u wanna count 1-2 scoops of whey a day as dairy).
just googled Lipoma. I think thats what it is. Ive had it ever since ive been somewhat lean. asked Dr. Dad about it and said it was nothing to worry about.
Ill try to practice. this took me like 5 shots to get it to even look decent. definitely not the easiest pose for me to hit, plus high biceps ftl. hate the lookxTUNAx CREW

Front dub looks good. I wouldn't call it a weak pose at all.*Professional comic book geek* *semi-pro cartoon collector* *full time nerd*

yeah I wouldnt bother having it removed if it isnt causing any problems. I think it looks kinda badass.
161 lbs last time I weighed a few days ago. I only weigh like 1-2x a week.
lol yeah I was dying when he sent them...Loving fried rice at the moment. have it every single night.
yesterday I hit 81g fat/481g carbs/232g pro
I shoot for that ball park.
lets hope so! I think I might buy some knee wraps/sleeves so I bet that will help...and thanks I guess its not as bad as it was before, ive been going crazy on Bicep and Tricep stuff so my arms are finally growing a little. Front last spread is my worst now that I think about it.xTUNAx CREW

We have similar builds, and yes, front lat is by far my worst pose lol.

1/30/13 Chest?
recap: went in today to do chest/shoudlers but my pec tie in was still aggravating me after my warmup set on bench, so for once in my life I told myself I wouldnt just push through it and would let myself heal. It feels liek its getting better, but i sure if I had pushed myself today i would have just set myself back. hoping its good for saturday, or at least next week. Just did a few light sets of shoulders and tris, and a few sets of abs and left.
Food
Chicken and oven baked SP fries. 1st time making these, maybe 2nd or 3rd time having sweet potatoes. Im sold.
Another pint:
Chili cheese baked spuds
lmao. nut allergy of peace. Ive slathered pretzels in sunbutter though and thats awesome as well.
that feel :/
My right knee is so fking sore/raw. I think it might be a bit of ITB syndrome or maybe something else. I foam roll, stretch, warmup properly, but still it persists. I figured wraps might help, no? Both of my more experienced PL friends here use wraps, so I just figured id give em a shot. If they are that frowned upon maybe ill reconsider...thoughts on rehbands???xTUNAx CREW

Solid! I like your mentality Mitch! Just don't injure yourself or then you'll be farther behind then you would have been waiting for it to heal. Those baked "spuds" look real good!

knowthatfeel. Our daughter has a peanut allergy. Sunbutter is awesome in its own right though. That and cookie butter. On a tangent, recently picked up both Biscoff and TJs Speculoos, and Biscoff takes the cake. Different products though...TJs is more cinnamony (which makes it odd that I dont prefer it as I am a cinnamon FANATIC) while the Biscoff has a more sugary style.

I know I'm jumping in randomly but I lurk in Nut Misc (Hi I'm Alex btw). In any event I have a problem where my left knee buckles in pretty badly. To correct I've been doing Bulgarian splits hard to nail my adductors as well as hit the adductor machine to try and strengthen the weak leg. Is there anything else you would advise to correct the left knee buckling in?

2/1/13 DL
Misc:Did back and bis yesterday, nothign really note wrothy except after watching Eric's training videos and him stressing form on pendlays I decided to go back to 135 and just keep my hips 100% still. I was only able to manage like 3 sets of 8 IIRC. Will be training them like this from now on I think.
highlights today:
DL: 405 x 5, 425 x 1, 455 x 1, 315 x 5 x 3 (Conventional stance, and the "to the knees" form from sheiko. that is I stopped for a second at my knees and then finished lockout)
Then went on to do my usual assistance stuff...kind of at a loss of what to do programming wise. i think I may take next week off, then start a real program again. Fell free to leave some suggestions.
no I probably should, but I dont think my insurance covers that kind of stuff.
Love biscoff, have a jar of the crunchy version in my pantry right now...just curious, do you keep stuff with nuts in the house, and has your daughter ever had an anaphylactic reaction?
I think strengthening the ab and adductors should do the trick. just make sure to consciously push your knees out. My coach(sort of) always tells me to try to "spread the floor" with my feet and that has seemed to help. Maybe also try some unilateral leg work, like DB lunges or extensions only using 1 leg at a time.xTUNAx CREW
