I was wondering what the best protein powder is and the most cost effective.
I'm running out of my current stuff today. I've been using the generic GNC brand powder which actually is on the macros with 28 grams of protein and only 5 carbs and 1 g of fat.
I'm looking to maybe get some better protein powder, but I dont want to break the bank and I'd like to get a big tub of it, at least 5 pounds.
I got a thing in the mail from BB.com about ONs new Platinum Hydro Whey which supposedly is their best yet, but a 3.5 pound tub is 55$. I'm not well versed in protein powders so any suggestions will help. Thanks.
