I have found that it doesn't mix that well with proats. I haven't found a whey yet that mixes as well as Dymatize XT for yogurt/proats/whatever.

I have Cellucor Cinnamon Swirl and I think it works/tastes perfectly as a sludge (mixed with yogurt or water) and I use it all the time in proats, as it mixes fine! Unbelievable taste, especially combined with cinnamon roll poptarts or some sort of cinnamon cereal!

I used my tub of PB Marshmallow for proats quite a bit. I found that you definitely need to use a lot less liquid than you normally would, otherwise it becomes too soupy. I was so used to using blends in oats in the past so it took me awhile to figure that out, like an idiot. But it tastes awesome either way.

And damn, I'm on spread with pretty much everyone like 3 pages back haha.

    Exactly,
Let the oats come out of the microwave, add whey and mix, its very light and mix's easy.

I think the cinnamon swirl is amazing for proats it mixes great IMO. I dont like the cinnamon taste as much in greek yogurt but its still good and mixes well with that too.

I have Cellucor PB Marshmellow, CnC and Cinnamon Swirl and I think they all work great for either proats or sludge. I use the equivalent of one serving of oats(half a cup water for each 30g serving) for one scoop or one serving of CC (125g) or GY (175g) for one scoop.

First search for the new Pop Tarts is an absolute failure. Tomorrow is another journey, hopefully with better results. I think the lower-end the store, the more likely you are to find good sludge mix-ins. One of my local grocers has a HUGE mexican section, mexican brand cookies/treats. May go south of the border for my next big mix-in haul.

Dude, I check the pop tart section of the store almost every time I go in for those PB ones. The other night I just said screw it and popped a blueberry pop tart in the toaster and spread PB on it in attempt to compromise haha.

srs. Jelly and Marshmallow in the center surrounded by chocolate. My freshman roommate went home to Mexico one weekend and brought back a bunch of candy. After going through all the crap covered in salt and chili powder we got to this and I've been buying them since.

I hate hate hate cottage cheese but I've seen so many people utilize it as an awesome high protein snack... so I use it in my shakes

    1 banana
1 scoop chocolate whey (I've been using body fortress but just switched to Gold standard because it's fewer calories and more servings for the $... it's less protein per scoop but it also contains BCAAs and since I'm new to the supplement business anyway I'm sort of trying out new things as I go.
    About 1/2 cup cottage cheese
    2 tbsp ground flax
    A handful of spinach

Depending on my mood and my schedule I may add oatmeal, a spoon of coconut oil, or some PB or frozen berries.

I saw this question asked a while ago when I was trawling through this forum, so sorry for asking again.

For the people using the pudding mix in their sludge, is the mix being made as per instructions the added, or simply mixing the mix in with the GY etc?

    Cheers
