Are you a believer in a little body english so long as the weight is moving and you're working the muscle? Serious Question here.
How far are the Graters and Jenni's factories/places from the Arnold Expo? I read online they are like within 2 miles? i cannot find any Jenni's ice cream around here and i know they sell at 10$ a pint. I would love to sample their flavors and i know the factory is close...
Same with some of the graters stuff (the quality is solid, but the mix-ins are lacking as far as variety goes) Just want to sample them intead of buying large pints of say Heath Chocolate Chip haha

all this talk about food is making me hungry. still got 3 hours before I eat. i try not eat out as well as most places don't use FRESH ingredients, plus you don't get a good bang for your buck. I'm gonna try an all you can eat sushi this weekend for $20 on co-workers recommendation; I hope its Fresh, good, and a variety of sushi.
Versa Gripps-they did seem a bit awkward the first time I tried them on SLDL, but after my last set at 325lbs, I was sold on them. I like that i don't have to palm the bar as I did with straps, I can get just as good of a grip with my fingers with no slip. I've also used them on hanging leg raises and they are awesome for that. on dumbells its a hit and miss as some dumbelss have thicker bar to grasp, so I'm still working on that part.

Honestly we werfe going to go to jenni's after we saw it on man vs food but went against it and hit up graeters. I know a graeters is close by but idk about jenni's. You coming up Friday? I know they let you taste test the flavors. I'd be down to try them all. I also want to try out those versa grips before I plunge 40 bucks into them.

Pretty good. Been at a surplus, I'm stronger than 3 months ago, faster too. Not bigger though. If anything I think I look softer. Not sure what the heck my partitioning must SUCK. I'll be staying the course for at least another 3 months and see what's up. Heck, a high volume approach may be what is needed.
A source I trust did mention that my BF was not as low as I had thought, more like 16%. This may be causing my partitioning to suck, Lyle kinda wrote about this.
Anyway, I'm in too deep to quit. So I'll find a way.
I see you aren't having any problems though:-D

With years of experience, I think it is acceptable to use body english on SOME movements. A lot of it is innate and instinctive. Thats why I say years of experience - years of consistent training then start playing games with manipulating exercises.

Up at 3:45am. Little later today...Slept in! Weighed in at 205.7lbs.....YES SIRRR!
Still..........Manu O'Clock. Sleeeeeeep when I die.
Quadz......Calves..............ONNNNNNNNNNNNNNNN!. .......
Downed the Folgers (4.0256 gulps) and out the door.
HELL RAISER....
QUADS
1.) HACK SQUATS - PRRRRRRRRRRRRR! I did 460bs (4 plates and change on each side) /FOUR sets/ and 7-9 reps for these. Tense and squeeeeeeeeeeeze those quads at the top of the movement! Braaaaang it!!!
Deeeeeeeeeeeeeep ASS squats.
2.) LEG PRESS - Did FOUR sets of 12-14 reps using 720lbs. Full contraction here. No half ass...3inch....reps!!!!!!!!!!! Increase in reps.
3.) LUNGES (Barbell) - PRRR! I did 4 sets of 12-13 reps with 155 lbs. Biiiig strides! Increase in reps.
4.) FRONT SQUATS - FOURTH EXERCISE. NOTED. Used a BB and 295lbs. Did 3 sets and 8-10 reps. Quads are fried!
Again. Deeeeeeeeeeeeep. Ass. Squats. Dont get it twisted. Increase in reps here too!
5.) LEG EXTENSIONS- MFB-8 - YA KNOW IT! Huh...huh....huh..... So 7 sets/10 reps/150lbs with 30sec rest between sets. Crazy burn at this point. THEN..
Increased weight to 180lbs and hammered out another 7 reps. Increased the reps here
NOTE: I hold the contracted position for a count of two on these. Seven sets then increasing the weight on the 8th set - all the while following the two second hold. Try it...
Dont try this. PAIIIIIIIIIIIIIN!!!
I love pain though. I live for it. SUFFER. A little updated quads shot from yesterday...

6.) CONVENTIONAL DEADLIFTS - SIXTH. DAMN. EXERCISE. So normally I do around 505lbs for this exercise and 2 sets. Usually get between 3-5 reps.

So I decided to start this week at 465lbs for DLs. First set got 10 reps. Second set got 9 reps. Third set got 7 reps.
Moneeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeey.
BAAAAAAAAAM! DONE. Done? Wait? Wuuuuuuuuuut????
CALVES
7.) SEATED CALF RAISES - 135lbs. Five sets and 25 reps/set.
8.) STANDING DONKEY RAISES - 220lbs. Five sets and 25 reps/set.

9.) STAIRMASTER - 30minutes. Thats my dessert. This is what ends up separating physiques.
