At least the real WTF wasn't around whenever I was in school. Back then I used to watch the Jetsons and dream of the days when I'd be making phone calls face to face with people...of course I thought I'd be in my 80's when that happened...

If you warm up with those boxers on over your singlet at the meet you will achieve god status.

I was just having this talk with a coworker the other day about how far off some of the predictions in that movie were, but how badly I wanted a hoverboard when I was a kid.

Very pleased with my progression. 480 felt the same as 460 did 2 weeks ago. In 2 more weeks I'll bump it to 500 X 5. I'm trying to do this portion of my workout beltless.

Volume Squats and Bench on Saturday. We've got a few other guys coming to train for the contest in Charlotte this weekend so I may put my hands on a few implements if the spirit moves me

I was texting with my buddy last night about how I like the progression of the program. I feel like it is just heavy enough with low enough volume to mix it with squatting 2 X per week like I'm doing.

I would've done it if I hadn't gotten hurt @ my contest in Cary in October but then I wouldn't be doing the super awesome Powerlifting Meet in April so I guess it all worked out for the best

EDIT: That contest is going to be pretty bad ass....Tom Mutaffis will be there along with Adam Scheer who is competing at the Arnold this weekend. Adam competed in the Cary contest and is simply a freak of nature.

it's more like training at a super curves. i have 2x4s cemented in 5 gallon buckets. i thought that's what everyone squatted off of???

I used buckets for box squats up until 2 weeks ago, when I realized my tire sled + foam mats mad a safer box.

In on most ghetto gym equipment comp.
