TFW 2 hours after leg day, whilst sitting down in a recliner playing plants vs zombies, both quads cramp violently.

Almost unable to unstraighen them. Couldn't walk, couldn't unbend my legs or else they'd cramp again.

Pounded two bottles of water and then 15 minutes later everything was good again.

Lifting 3-4 days a week, doing some form of cardio ~5 days a week, sometimes 2X/day. Currently 6-7 lbs heavier than avi. Maybe 2 of those pounds is muscle. Honestly, it ain't for lack of trying.

One month left in cut, going to Maui next month, time to step up.
