What do you think this guys body fat is and when you look at my current picture what are some things I have to work on in order to achieve a similar look. I know their is not a perfect answer but what do you think this guy does and what is his body fat? Could one solid 6 month hypertrophy clean bulk followed but a nice cut make this happen? I know everybody is different in terms of where they put on muscle but what do you think?

Funny how you guys give me conflicting responses haha. I personally don't think he is that big either but I know for a fact he is bigger then me so losing some more fat in my opinion would not help me look like that. I would be more defined yes but he has a bigger chest wouldn't you say and shoulders. Thanks for the quick input so far. Jeremy goodman I Just looked at your pictures and it is very inspiring to me...what was your weight and body fat for your first picture if you remember.

He's lean and tan, and they are right^^ he really doesn't carry much mass, but his muscle bellies are nice and that probably helps. I think they are downplaying how lean he is though, and although he does not have much mass it is somewhat difficult to achieve that level of leanness.
Suffer the pain of discipline or suffer the pain of regret! We must train from the inside out. Using our strengths to attack and nullify any weaknesses. It’s not about denying a weakness may exist but about denying its right to persist.

in 2009, British media "Daily Star" released a piece reporting that Cristiano Ronaldo had a 3000 sit ups daily routine (3.000 abs per day), even quoting a close source to Ronaldo saying: "He can spend well over an hour every day toning his abs, sometimes while watching TV."
-he also does alot of cardio
In a weights session, Ronaldo lifts the equivalent of 16 Toyota Prius car.
A diet high in proteins and carbohydrates, plus eight hours of sleep a night, gives him plenty of energy to burn
you should burn more fat and get your muscles leaner by eating right and cardio
cristiano also has explosive leg muscles that can generate 5 g-force when he jumps
i mean he might not big like body builders but whens the last time you seen a guy who has lean muscles and can actually put them to use other then just looking big and lifting

Don't be ridiculous guys. He definitely works out. Look at how he has defined biceps, deltoids, and lower chest (a tiny bit of upper). He does a ton of ab work outs too.
Unless he is just born this way, he has a lot of foundation muscle already. Nothing massive. He's definitely not the guy that does weight lifting all year long.
