I have really been eating big time and have started gaining mass from my current workout routine. However, now that Ive stepped up the calories, I am pooping 4 times a day and its affecting my weight gain. I was 150 when i started my routine and i gained 8 lbs in 2 months, but recently I cant stop pooping and im down to 147.5... Please help. Thats a 10.5 lb loss in just less than a week. My diet has been the EXACT same the entire 2 months.

More food = more stool
Try more calorie dense food-->PB, nuts, granola, liquid caloriesFounder of MMDELAD
