Some of your NO products claim to increase erythropoiesis but I don't know enough to comment on whether that's terribly accurate or not.

    Epo is not a steroid.

Op, why do you want to increase your rbc production? Are you deficient? Having to much is not a good thing which can drastically increase your hematocrit leading to death. This is one of the biggest problems with bodybuilders, to high of hematocrits for to long of time. I had to have a lot of blood removed to lower mine.. good thing I get blood work every 3 months or I could have died from it.

Can you aware me on why most bodybuilders have a high RBC count and is it for the same reasons you had it?

It's because they are taking steroids. All steroids will increase RBC count. Equipoise just increases RBC a little more than most other steroids. If you have a high RBC count you most likely have too much iron in your blood also. If your levels are at a critical level you should have your blood drawn and tell them to draw a double red blood cell count. They hook you up to a machine for this.

I'm sure most bodybuilding judges would agree. . Bro, its cool to be jelous about anothers physique, hell i am extremely jelous of guys like jay cutler, ronnie coleman, etc. I wish I could look half as good as them. Its all good though bro, if you ever want to shoot sh*t for fun, or need help with anything.. I'd be glad to help you set up a beginners routine and diet. Rookies like yourself always need help, you need to learn from the greatest .

When I had an rbc deficiency due to lack of intrinsic factor, injections of cobalamin helped big time in getting my numbers up. But I believe b12 along with other things listed in this thread will only work if the person is deficient to begin with.

One would need Methyl cobalamin for sure if not going through the injection route.

Not exactly. Only Folic Acid, Vit B12 and intrinsic factor will help if he has a nutritional problem that causes megaloblastic anemia or pernicious anemia. The other supplements listed are bro science.

to the OP, why do you want to blood dope? If it was a medical problem it could easily be diagnosed within a few hours via lab work and fixed within a few days.

Exactly. Supplementing with those items (iron/folate/b12) will only help anemia in the presence of a deficiency. Furthermore, "over" supplementation of iron can cause a lot of problems for a male, when there is no deficiency.
