i would just go with zma before bed to get your daily zinc, its proven that magnesium helps you relax at the end of the day, so its like 2 supps in 1, and its cheap to boot
Staple Supplements:
Allmax Nutrition Isoflex
Universal Animal Pak
Universal Animal Rage
iForce Hemavol
Thermolife C-bol
Orange Oximega Fish oil

I've been taking 25 mg at night apart from calcium for a while. But lately I've read some stuff thats made me reconsider supplementing with it at all:

Multiply your daily zinc intake by two and then divide by 15 to get the amount of copper you need to consume to meet the US National Academy of Sciences recommended ratio of zinc to copper. The ratio is 2 mg of copper should be consumed for every 15 mg of copper. For example, if you consumed 30 mg of zinc for the day then: (30 x 2) / 15 = 4 mg of copper required to maintain a proper ratio.
