when im able to carry i'll be a sworn officer therefore no more mag restrictions and i'll be allowed to carry explodin holla points
no grip restrictions but the stock has to be pinned. can be any position tho which i dont understand what the diff would be when comparing the two.
dont matter if your LEO or not if your conceal carrying you shouldnt ever slip up, no one should know you have a gun unless they need toYour Dreams are within reach

That'll be nice. As will the 50 state reciprocity.
...it doesn't make a difference. You're talking about gun control laws here. They don't make a (positive) difference, and they usually don't make any sense. The fact is that ARs usually have adjustable or collapsible stocks and the legislatures wanted to outlaw them and their kind without pissing off other gun owners, so they picked facets of the design to single out.
That's good in theory but get back to me after a year of carrying everywhere at all times.
And some people are very good at spotting people who carry...oftentimes they don't even need to see the gun.
That's probably something you will cover in some extent en route to becoming a sworn officer. Or something you will learn once you work.

im not saying accidents dont ever happen, especially when your hiding something every single day but mistakes need to be kept to a minimum. once again, your taking everything to the extreme as usual which i cant quite understand the reasoning for

*sigh*
I'm not taking anything to the extreme. I am simply responding under the assumption that you mean what you say and say what you mean. I don't know any other way to communicate and have a discussion or conversation as I am not telepathic, nor do I know you well enough to know that what you really mean is different from what you said.
The phrases "you shouldn't ever slip up" and "mistakes need to be kept to a minimum" are different. They do not mean the same thing. You really should say the one that you mean. If you choose to say the one that you really don't mean you shouldn't get upset when people take it to mean what it says.

So let's move on and talk about something else. How about .22lr. I need to buy some. So many choices.
Anybody here shot Wolf Match Target? The .22 guys seem to love it for the price/performance ratio. It's about $55/500. While $110/1k is kind of expensive for .22lr it's less than 1/3 the cost of brass case M193.

Not a fan of bulk Remington, especially when I want accuracy and reliability.
+ I already have about 6,000 Golden Bullets. I'm looking for something a little better than loose bulk ammo at this time.
I really really like CCI Mini Mags. They are my favorite .22lr ammunition at this point. Only about $7-$8 per 100, pretty accurate, VERY reliable. I might just get more of them, but I would like to try out something that offers even better accuracy.

They seem to be the most popular bulk pack. I need to get out and give them a thorough rundown through my gun sometime as I have like 7 boxes of them just sitting.
I used to just grab a bulk box of some kind of .22lr (or a few boxes of 12g buck/slugs) every time I was in Walmart back when it was like $15-$16.

Wolf match and wolf match extra shot nearly the same for me. Eley match was second. Lapua Polar Biathlon shot the best for me. If I wanted to stock up on .22lr I would get wolf match. It was a good blend of consistency and cost. Midwayusa should have all of these.
I ask not for a lighter burden, I ask for broader shoulders

22 ammo. I don't like the stuff hola posted, its the only ammo I have had FTF and it has happened fairly often relatively.
I also have the federal packs and its fine, the CCI mini mags that I got in trade and winchester m22 which I like quite a bit but its hard to tell any difference in performance for me.
Also, quit being dildos. I thought you gave up on being a cop?Last edited by jafomofo; 08-13-2012 at 07:45 PM.

The Remington Golden Bullets are pretty universally hated. Federal seems to be the most popular bulk pack, and the CCI (std velocity and mini mags) are always very popular for their quality at a pretty good price point. A step up from that the Wolf Match Target I asked about and meatjesus recommended seems to be extraordinarily popular.
www.rimfirecentral.com is the place where all the rimfire freaks hang out.
I think I'm going to have to order some Wolf Match Target. Midway has it on sale through the end of the month @ $48.49 per 500.

anything but being a cop? living as close to the city as you do the opportunities for interesting work are endless. In your situation I would try and catch on with one of the incubator companies in brooklyn doing anything they'd let me do.

You say that now. It won't be six months before the initial power and position high wears off, you're in sync with the dynamic of really being an adult, and you'd kill just to have a set schedule with the ability to have a social life.
Working high-demand/physical jobs is great...until you realize your sleeping pattern has gone to sh*t, you never have ample free time, you can't plan anything that you don't request off ages in advance, you can't eat your organic, home-cooked muscle food on time or in peace, and you're so worn out that the gym becomes a final f*ck you at the end of the day instead of a reward.Near, far, wherever you are...
...I believe that the heart does go on.
Once more, you open the door.
And you're here in my heart.
And my heart will go on and on.
