Today I finally found out my body percentage and it turned out to be 13% according to the body fat meter (the one that you hold). I'm 5'11" 162lbs and I'm pretty much a skinnyfat type. Look skinny with a shirt on but with a shirt off I have visible moobs and decent amount of stomach fat. I'm trying to cut then bulk and according to the "How to lose fat for Noobs II" thread I should be eating 139g of protein daily. I'm just not sure if I eat that much since I'm just so damn sure I have a higher BF% than 13%.

I wouldn't stress over it. If you want to be on the safe side and can afford it, assume you are 13% BF and go off that (or better yet, try and get 1 g/lb total weight). But you would probably be just fine shooting for 120g or even a little less. But really, a swing of a few grams of protein isn't going to make or break anything.
