It was quick. Sadly, I know that it would have been perfectly preventable had he eaten. I tried to get them (the residence workers) to make him eat and not be do passive about it but they wouldn't listen.
He basically was unconscious for the last 2 days (6'1", 142) and they hospitalized him today. My mom stepped out of the room and he passed away within 3 minutes.AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Appreciate it.
Plz no mre sympathy posts guys. I'm managing to keep a fairly level head even though I didn't sleep very well last night. So far so good. I'm going out p buy some dress clothes today as none of mine fit (they all have a waist to big, legs too short)AAU World SJ Powerlifting Champion, 2014

Getting good at these fast!
Holy crap Moses! I underestimated the difficulty of these!*
Stomach Vacuums
3x60s
Made a pretty baws NY cheesecake a day ago and it came out awesome! Texture was spot on and the whole 6" was 88/88/15.5
I just subbed thoroughly puréed cottage cheese for the CC.*

Anyways, slept horribly last night. Uninterrupted, but poor quality. Didn't have it in me to go to the gym so i just hit up some cardio in my basement. Felt a bit better afterwards.*
Slammed some lunch and then headed off to the mall to buy some clothes. Ended up getting some decent pants and a really soft shirt for the funeral (Wednesday). Also got some shoes, but they're no screaming hell.*
So tomorrow I start work officially (hopefully they don't mess it up this time ) so I'm pretty pumped about that.*
Lats and posterior delts are fried today. Hip pain is nonexistent but I was getting some mild pain in my low back this morning/arvo. seems to be mostly gone now.*
I'm gonna either not squat or go real light on Monday just to be safe.*
I figure the best thing I can do as a sub for OHP is incline bench do I'll be alternating bench and incline from now on. For dips, I'm either gonna do CGBP or diamond push ups. Not sure yet. I'm open to suggestions. *
I've also been contemplating dropping the RDLs in favor of deficit DLs seeig as my biggest weakness on pulls is the floor power.*
Thanks for the continued support
