Ratios are meaningless.
1.) Figure out your maintenance calories then subtract 300-500 cals (ecto-endo); adjust accordingly until you achieve your desired rate of fat loss.

2.) Protein 1g per pound of bodyweight based on stats (weight, Bf%)
3.) Fats (inclusive of mono-, poly, omega-3) at 0.3-0.4g per pound of bodyweight;
4.) Whatever calories remain after totaling calories from protein+fats can be applied to carbs if you prefer; or can be applied to more protein/fatsBRAINS & GAINS
