My Sunday funday!! Tire flippin and circuit with sled push sprints to ropes, to punch bag & sled sprints back. no rest. followed by tire flipping.

I hit 235x8 this sat. 50 total reps of squats.. no 80 lbs? wtf. my gym has up to 120..

First show ever march 2011 to Pro show sept 2012. I won my pro card my 7th show, 2nd national show, started lifting jan 2011, competing 1 year Never give up! this is my transformation from low carb/cal & lots cardio to now- loads of carbs/food , lil cardio, lifting heavy ! 100 lbs to 116 lbs/. the BEST is yet to come!! Its ON




A lot of improvements this off season. I'm 8-10 lbs over stage weight and only 1 % body fat higher. The best is yet to come. Always a work in progress

May 4th Pittsburgh Pro contract sent in.. 10 weeks.

Insane. It just shows that I have a long long way to go before I could consider myself as strong! Yeah my gym is fairly basic. The biggest plates are only 35 lbs and no olympic bars. It's adequate for me at my current level but wouldn't be enough for you or somebody serious.

I have a home gym and go to LA Fitness, when I'm at the public gym my hat is pulled down LOW, I usually wear a hoodie, and have ear-plugs in and visible. My rest between reps is not long so typically there is no "down-time"........I NEVER get messed with

Yoga pants, tight shirt, hair pulled back = attention (and that's just being real)

HOWEVER, if anybody did want to train with me I'm open to it.........to chat, just to chat, nah, I don't have time for it.

They have Crunch gyms out there as well? Those places are like $10 a month here. Not made for bodybuilders though. Because I've been told their DB's only go to 80lbs. Great looking pictures. You'd be a great coach for that show Biggest Loser.
