Yeah I absolutely love including them in my workout.
Haha yeah that is one of the perks of having a 24/7 gym membership! Not even the holidays can hold me back from lifting lol
Yeah he was my motivation that got me into lifting but now since I passed him I kind of just want to keep getting bigger and stronger. My older brother is still in decent shape but no where near the shape he ust to be when he was in college a year ago. He has been hitting the gym pretty hard lately though so I am giving him some respect... more will be added if he keeps up with it this time and doesn't quit.
Haha no I wish bro... They are the chains that my gym owns. I will snap a pick for you guys when I hit my next workout.
Comments:
Sorry for the lack of post the last workout I did was Tuesday which was a back and bicep workout. Unfortunately I caught the flu and haven't been in the gym since then. Been trying to wait it off and not go to the doctor but looks like I might have to tomorrow because I feel absolutely terrible. I will be posting my Tuesday workout here in a little bit for you guys as well. Hope everyone had a good christmas!Free Agent

No biggie about the lack of posts. Tis the season for being sick. I was sick for the first two weeks of my log, still not a hundred, but close. As far as the chains, If they are 5 ft. of 5/8 I think they are 20 lbs. I think that is a standard length. I'll eventually buy my own. I work out at a YMCA and they don't have that type of stuff.

Yeah I always get sick during the winter.. absolutely hate it. I might have to check that out with the weight of the chains since I was just told by other people at the gym that they weigh 25lb. I probably will be hitting the gym friday if my throat feels better so I will snap some photos of it for you bro.

Hey guys figured I would drop in and let you know that I am getting ready to head up to the urgent care center because I more then likely have Pneumonia. Ended up getting sick shortly after my brother received this wonderful illness and got spread to me since it is viral I guess.
Anyways I still have roughly 10-12 scoops left I believe so as soon as I get my prescriptions and get back to normal health I will hit the gym hard again. Hopefully no one else out there gets this flu bug that is going around... That is how it started for me and my brother as just a mild flu and then went down hill fast and turned into pneumonia.
Stay safe everyone and god bless!Free Agent

Yeah it sucks but this Z pack they prescribed me is working pretty good... Starting to feel a lot better from it.
I also got prescribed to Benzonatate 100mg for my coughing and she told me to continue taking my Pseudoephedrine along with the dayquil and nyquil.
Hoping that by friday this stuff is out of my system. I will keep you guys updated thoughFree Agent

Yeah it is definitely helping me out.
The full name of the Z pack is Azithromycin 250mg for anyone who was wondering what that meant.
My goal is to be able to hit the gym on friday but we will see how this works out. Only have 2 more days on the Z pack so hopefully that stuff stays in my system long enough to help me threw my work schedule at the factory.Free Agent

Game plan is for me to try to hit the gym on friday. I probably will be doing a little bit of every exercise just to get adjusted back into it and then monday will be back to normal schedule.
Feeling a lot better after the medication but still taking precautions since I don't feel 100% back to normal yet.Free Agent

Awesome man! Glad you are feeling better. I would take a few more days as well. That way you are 110% when you start back.

Well I decided to go against my word and worked out today
Felt really good hitting the gym... I did a little bit of every exercise and was just trying to get adjusted back into lifting. 1x 135lb warm up
2x 185lb 14, 12 rep

2x 30lb 10-15 reps
Incline Bench Press:
1x 95lb 15 rep
2x 135lb 8, 8 rep
Car Deadlifts:
2x 225lb 10-15 reps
Wide Grip Lat Pull Downs:
2x 100lb 10-15 rep
Row Machine:
2x 90lb 10-15 rep
Dumbbell Curls:
2x 30lb 10-15 rep
Reverse Grip Curls:
2x 40lb 10-15 rep
Rope Throw Downs:
2x 100lb 8-12 rep
Leg Press:
3x 315lb 10-15 rep
Front / Side Raises:
2x 20lb 10-12 rep

Decided to try and do a full workout today and it seemed to have went ok. I dropped weight in most my lifts but I feel I should be back to where I was by next week if I keep training. I have approximately 2 more scoops left so I will probably post my final review up after my monday workout.Free Agent
