Roro has seen one Mr Olympia contest, unfortunately it was the one where Phil showed some aggression. Now he he despises Phil based on that one showing.

    To be 17 again.

That showing being his most recent one, being the one you should base your opinion on.

My opinion is based on following the sport for 12+ years and Phil Heath since the nationals in '05.

I took a **** the other day which had blood in it and a tunnel web spider but today's stool was blood and arachnid free. Based off that last bowel movement I'm a-okay.

I really want every athlete to be ":different" and expressing his feelings but i really didnt like Phils attitude,i mean its a nice thing to be confident and Afpha but that was not it,Phils reaction to Kais pressure for the title was more like fear and anti-sportmanship.(stepping in front of the line was the thing that bothered me the most)
That is my opinion about what i expect a champion to act and like,so ****s that "DONT GIVE A f@@@K for butthurt kai fans",keep your opinions and i will keep mine.

About the facial expressions,i dont really have a problem.I consider the happy, confident look to be the best when posing. but nothing wrong here.

This reminds me of when Dexter Jackson said he doesnt practice posing and works out an hour a day and takes muscletech supplements which made him the giantest dickhead ass hole in bodybuilding for months to come.

We all love Phil and recognize his greatness, it's not hard though to admit he "cheated" big time during the last Olympia, stepping all the time over the line.

Would have he won anyway? I think so, this doesn't change the fact he didn't act sportsmanly.

Hahahahaha, you got me there but let's be honest now, at the biggest event of bodybuilding, he really showed another side of him and being the Mr.O, he really didn't need to push it at the Sheru as he was already Mr.O.

Oh and btw, the 2012 Mr.O wasn't the only Olympia I watched.

    THIS

and I think that he amps up like that becaus3 its not easy being up there so dry and worn out, he needs to stay motivated and "battle" and if thats the best way for him to push thru then be it. But I think he was pretty arrogant to Kai in the Olympia too.

Phil Heath has positives and negatives,

    THE GOOD
    Muscle Bellies
    Good poser (GOAT APPLAUSE BEGGING)
    Mass monster
    Dual Olympia Champion

    THE BAD
Lacks width (Cedric could own him soon)
To expand on what TTIMERMAN said 'White lines' - I seriously would like to know if Phil has lots of traffic infringments, the roads are full of mainly white lines, some are yellow but most are white, some times you have double white lines.

Overall more good than bad, 2011 he would have been almost all good, what the hell happened in 2012 - he looked like a man possessed.
TEAM WOLF + TEAM KAI +TEAM CEDRIC + TEAM ROMGLE - TEAM RAMY - TEAM FAIR JUDGING
    -----------------------------------------------------------------------------
20 Years of bodybuilding knowledge, it does n't come easy 'FullROM 2012'
Always train with a FullROM - Do not brag about how much weight you can lift if you do not use a FullROM - 'FullROM 2012'

Kevin Levrone is the goat applause begger....

I'll take amped up and fist pumping over graceful, male stripper-esque dance moves to some wimpy classical music or "slow jam" any day.

I took a **** the other day which had blood in it and a tunnel web spider but today's stool was blood and arachnid free. Based off that last bowel movement I'm a-okay.

    What the hell

    ...I like Phil Heath

On a serious note, the man was under pressure- totally understand his actions (not so much the line stepping, but the aggression).

Let me guess, if your dreams were threatened you would be placid?

He's young and he's having fun to be honest.

at least he brings a lighter side to the sport then just walk out, pose all serious and then walk off.

he brings fun, i dont think he's making himself look silly or like a jacka**.

Yeah during the Olympia he was kinda...pushing it with the joking around like he already won the competition which maybe dipped some respect that i have for him.

    but hey..

    Phil's a really motivational guy.
