    1,000 rep workout?

I just witnessed a pretty unique workout called the 1,000 rep workout. Obviously, its a high intensity workout similiar to things like P90x or nike SPARQ training. Having done programs like these, it seems like a great workout. Just wondering what other peoples thoughts were on this? Here's a sample of it:

    1) burpees, calve raises (50 reps)
    2) pike push-ups (50 reps)
    3) forward/back lunges (25 reps per leg = 50 reps)
    4) one leg deadlifts (25 reps per leg = 50 reps)
    5) v-crunch Russian twist (2 counts as 1 = 50 reps)
    6) prisoners squats into a front kick (50 reps)
    7) one leg tricep dips (50 reps)
    8) hover push-up kick ups (25 kick ups per leg = 50 reps)
    9) chest lifts (50 reps)
    9) crab toe touches ( 2 counts as 1 = 50 reps)
    10) snowboarder ( 50 reps)
    11) climbers ( 2 counts as 1 = 50 reps)
    12) in/out pike push-ups
    13) in/out jump squats (2 counts as 1 = 50 reps)
    14) reverse plank knee tucks (50 reps)
    15) alligator crunch ( 50 reps)
    16) one leg elevated lunge ( 25 per leg = 50 reps)
    17) cross crunch ( 2 counts as 1 = 50 reps)
    18) one arm push ups on knee (25 reps per arms = 50 reps)
    19)half brupees (50 reps)
    20) butt lift toe touch (50 reps)
    1,000 total reps!

Also, there should be 30 secs of rest between exercises.
Don't stop when you're tired, stop when you're done.

Does not fit with any of my goals (strength and muscle gain, fat loss - with limited time available to workout). Your goals may differ.

Probably would be good for burning some calories, and maybe some conditioning.

Can't say it would be anything I'd be interested in doing, though.

Yeah I totally agree its not much of a bodybuilding workout. It's totally geared towards athletes and would be great for cardiovascular health and weightloss.. im cutting so I'm gonna give it a go today and let y'all know

im not even close to a bodybuilder and you see me doing that lol

probably cause im a pansy when it comes to workouts like that.

I love bodyweight but that just seems like hard for the sake of hard. Even when i am cutting weight for a fight i would not do something like that
