Would be really great if anyone could help me out, ive been training with a proper diet for the past 3 months (started weight training about 6 months ago). I have noticed good gains and have trimmed body fat, i think im somewhere between 15-20% but am really not sure. Photo on the left was taken 4th october, on the right 5th of december.
Age: 23
Height: 5'9"
Weight: 176lbs

Can one weekend of bad eating really ruin a week of dieting? Well, can one quick trip to Vegas ruin 2 months of saving? Same thing basically.

Just two days past a three month cut. Tried to get a decent back picture but 1) I suck at it 2) my phone is way too big.
Height: 6'1
Waist: 32
No idea what my weight is, haven't had a scale in years.

Please estimate my bodyfat.
Weight : 195 pounds = 88.45 KG
Height : 5 feet 10 Inch
Still on a cutting diet...coming from 218 lbs.
The 3 pics where taken today Decembre 10 2012 (front,side and back, front flexed, back flexed)
I also added an older pic (May 2012) Started my cut at 218 lbs..sorry i have no non-flexed pictures..if you could tell me where you see improvements ?

And please dont hesitate to let me know how i am doing. This was a slow cut as i did not wanted to loose too much muscle mass. And i know i could have lost more and be more defined but that is where i am today and cutting until pretty much March 2013.

Hey guys, been bulking past 11 months (avi. is around 1 month into bulk), put on more fat than I wanted I think, anyways, starting cut today
Plz estimate bf% will rep
Weight = 227.5 lbs (103.5 kg)
Height = 6'2
First 3 pics are completely relaxed
next 3 are flexing (not really able to flex abs right now lolz)
EDIT: lol sorry for facial expressions xDTraining with Osteolysis and a gigantic ganglion cyst... One day I will surgery, but not today...
