I was doing a hamstring stretch:

And I was stretching the right leg first and tried to keep my leg straight as possible, and my knee began to feel very uncomfortable. About 1 hour later I was walking and noticed my knee was kind of hurting. I think I have overextended the right knee a little. It doesnt hurt so much to walk but when I straighten my leg it hurts. Do you think this is a serious injury? I've always been so happy i've never had knee problems and then this happens. Any suggestions or comments would be appreciated. Thank you all in advance.

If it's really hurting, you should always go see a doctor. If you think it's not that serious then,Source2006 is rite,u should let your knees rest may be for 1 week or so.
