    Extended my cut until end of May. Hope to be in the best shape of my life by then and hopefully have a crazy summer by getting yucky with the boys a lot, hitting the lakes, tanning (no homo), getting bishes, going out, all while still trying to stay close to 10% bf fuuuarrkkkkk

    Also cutting until the end of May then summer should be smooth sailing in recomp mode

    Not much longer I don't think with my current approach. Once I achieve it, recomp/lean bulkin through summer with high emphasis on staying lean.

    I tried eating closer to maintenance for a bit and starting hitting PRs every workout. Haven't weighed myself in a while but I got new veins popping out that weren't around even when I cut last year. So I guess this is a recomp.

    How is OEP working for you? I'm eating 200 cals under maintenance and losing a pound per day. Is this real life? I'm a bit nervous about this stuff. My bf is going down fairly quickly as well so I don't know whether I should fear muscle loss or not. First time using anything like that so I don't really know what to expect. Do you mind sharing your experience?

    How long have you been cutting? Sounds like you're dropping water weight, your weight loss should level off. If you're only eating at a 200 cal/day deficit, you're looking at like 1/2 lb per week weight loss.

    im using the old formula as i find it better then the new stuff, i usually take 2 with my bcaa's on an empty stomach in the am to do my fasted cardio ive gotten good results so far, my diet is good all organic and is - calories wise.

    How long have you been cutting? Sounds like you're dropping water weight, your weight loss should level off. If you're only eating at a 200 cal/day deficit, you're looking at like 1/2 lb per week weight loss.
    I've been cutting for a few weeks so I have already lost the water weight. Maybe I'm sensitive to OEP? Sitting at my desk I feel normal but if I do any kind of cardio or weight lifting my heart rate goes through the roof.

    Ending cut on the 31st of March brah. Started around the beginning of October. Hopefully I'll be ~ 165lbs by then, down from 230. Then going on a nice long slow clean bulk.

    Cutter bros two questions.
    1.) Do you abs still show after you eat? Last year even when I was very lean it would take about 4-5 hrs after I ate for my abs to be visable again (flexing).

    2.)I have never been to a point when my abs are extremely visable without flexing them. Anyway this is possible except being very very lean?

    My abs will show after I eat unless it's an obscenely large amount of food, which usually isn't the case on 1800 cals. And I think only getting extremely lean will help you out there. Even then you might still have to flex them to show their full potential
