Anyone got before and after pics of where you started, where you finished the bulk and then how you completed the cycle but cutting back down again?
Instead of just before and after bulks or cuts pics.
Maybe a 3 picture reply. Starting pic, after bulk pic and finishing pic after the cut.

06-22-2011, 04:51 PM #11ILS is a primal threat/mating display observed in the human male. The ILS display involves the male human holding out it’s arms away from it’s body at approximately a 20-40 degree angle and then walking with a slow deliberate gait inorder to look more imposing to other humans. The posture is used primarily as a form of non-verbal communication such as a mating display to attract or impress females or as a defense or dominance posture to appear larger to a threat or to intimidate rival males.

Here is mine.
I used to be VERY, VERY skinny, lifted and made some nice gains in my 20s. Then I took off for 10 years and looked like this on my honeymoon (around 125).
Then 2 years of working hard and bulking, I looked like this at 156lbs
Then as of 7 weeks into my cut (still cutting) I was at 142lbs in this photo (I am not down to 140lbs)

Check out my youtube channel! Feel free to ask questions, and I'll make video responses as in depth and to my knowledge as I can. I don't spread bro science, my information will be similiar to Ian Mccarthy/Layne/Ogus/Eric helms in the sense that I will base my accusations of of science/studies. Also some personal experience, but I won't impose that onto you. But if you ask, I'll answer :)

Around 185lbs but probably aproximately 20% body fat check my bodyspace for current stats, measurements if you want! I lift the same amount of weight now at 156 as when I was 185. Layne Norton taught me a tonnn especially when it comes to nutrition. Outwork baby!!! I HIGHLY recommend you follow Layne on twitter at Biolayne he constantly posts free bodybuilding tips and links to his podcasts awsome articles etc.

Lol, too fast. Like 6 months.
To be fair the last pic is recent and after a long stretch of just eating clean and working out. I actually made gains while losing fat but it was over a long course of time. So it was probably more like constant mini bulks/cuts.
The time frame is like start, 6months, 18months. Although I was at my heaviest at 6months, I'm stronger now.

Cool to hear people say my arms are a strongpoint, they used to be a weakpoint. Before my bulk my triceps were pretty bad but now they have been brought up conisderably. I personally think my traps are a slight weakpoint, legs are for sure, and I may need a bit more side delts. After this summer I am going to be working with Layne again and bring my physique to the next level and enter my first show about a year from now. Thanks for the constructive criticism!

Track your macronutrients get a good food scale and a notebook. At first its a pain but eventually its really not that difficult. As I stated before read some of Layne Nortons many articles and interviews. I highly recommend checking out simplyshredded. com type in his name and he has his in depth power hypertrophy routine. Serious gains drug free will require serious nutrition and training. Hope this helps!
