- don't lift heavy, stay struggling with 50lb db bench or u will get injured. longevity reasons. delete the video because it makes u look bad.
- progressively overload and eat calories, don't decrease the weight and not eat calories like most people do.
- it doesn't matter what you eat, eat ice cream and poptarts and orange juice and cupcakes and pretend you're counting your macros. tell people you just ate 8k calories and make up macro numbers.
- even if you do a bodybuilding split and count macros and hit the gym everyday you aren't doing anything related to bodybuilding. you 'aren't even trying and not a bodybuilder'.

rofl at 2-3 min. he said rest as long as you need because muscular fatigue =/= muscular tension. he also mentions 5 minutes. the 8 mins in my user title is a joke from a thread i made 1+ year ago. i was talking about resting 8 mins for certain sets such as heavy deadlifts and people kept calling me out and saying i rest 8 minutes when i actually said 3-8 minutes, so it stuck.
