Chicago? Not many of us there I'm guessing? I work with people from there and they were so surprised when they found out I wasn't white because I don't have a chinese accent. They didn't know any other asian except for one of their IT guys. Panyu Cantonese here (river folk)

Kai Greene...And not a single Mr.O was won that year Also strong supplement usage Kai can do wall squats all day and still make impressive gains. No hate, but I said this before. You never seen Arnold, Big Ron, Jay, Dorian Yates doing Jefferson squats in their hay day.
It may work for some but it may not work for others.

you're right, not saying i recommend doing them but just saying they're not completely useless. definitely aren't a necessity to any workout.
anyways, kai is one of my favorite BB-ers. i love his mentality and worth ethic, i really want him to win the O at least once but doesn't look like phil heath will be dethroned anytime soon♣BOSTON STRONG♣

starting next month me and my 2 partner in the gym which are my height n size are doing a video of our workout, these guys are strong as fuc but not as strong as me beside some workout. one of the guy is starting a clothing company for bodybuilder.
my chest nearly ripped out of my chest last night, had to use woodlock like tigerbalm alll over like tanning lotion before charlie horse kicked in.
manage to bench 405lbs 5 n 4 reps for 2 sets after warming up for one hour while waiting for them two to show up

I agree bro, it's not useless at all. But I'm just not sold with that exercise yet.
I also agree at that level it's so subjective and becomes a popularity contest when a current champ is on stage it'll be hard to dethrone him since he has a leg up and the reigning champ. No Phil hate I actually like him.CONQUERING BARBELL

I was half joking, I guess my mistake was obviously I don't know the proper....how would you say...forum etiquette and that for a second some of you guys were serious. Although I was posting on some other threads where I think some guys took it by heart when I called them idiots because they gave me negative reputation. It's difficult to judge emotion online lol.
No worries, even if he were serious, I just find this all amusing. I'll probably stick around.Always on the go, no regrets.

OK...today's leg day sucked.
I think I've said this so many times now, but I don't think my lower back wants to handle pressure around 225lb or higher. Last 3 months, I started squats from scratch again, and got up to working in the range of 225 ATG in the past few weeks. And thought I finally got passed the re-occuring lower back injury that I always have eventually once I get up to working in the 225lb range. Squats have been feeling real good the past few months. But today, I unracked the bar, and I felt that familiar pop in the lower back and then I was done. Couldn't even do light weight anymore.
So I went to the leg press instead and did some higher reps instead cause the heavy weight made me feel that pinch in the back when I strained hard.
Not sure if I should just completely quit squats for real this time ( I say this every single time). Or if I should just take a couple weeks off and then restart again...maybe just stay at 185 and do high reps from now on.My vids

i know this feel, strained my back two weeks ago. i know i said i'm going to rest completely this whole week but i can't keep myself out of the gym for that long. i'm doing deload this week, i just did 135 ATG pause squats and felt it hitting my quads pretty well without hurting my back.

The only thing worse than your logic is your manners. I have snipped away most of your of what you wrote, because, well ... it didn't really say anything. Your attempt at constructing a creative flame was pitiful. I mean, really, stringing together a bunch of insults among a load of babbling was hardly effective... Maybe later in life, after you have learned to read, write, spell, and count, you will have more success. True, these are rudimentary skills that many of us "normal" people take for granted that everyone has an easy time of mastering. But we sometimes forget that there are "challenged" persons in this world who find these things to be difficult.
