This happened just down the street from me. The RPD are some of the dirtiest pigs in the country man...
0:30 to 1:00 show the worst of it, if you can't sit though the whole thing...
UPDATE:
The local news interviewed the guy who recorded this video and were able to obtain some more footage not seen in this one.

I can't embed, but click that link and watch the video. Towards the end they show it. It turns out that the officer WAS hitting her in the face hammer fist style SEVERAL TIMES a few moments BEFORE anything we saw in the original video took place. They were also KNEEING her brother.
