Guys, I'm on a plane headed back to SF from Honolulu. Barely worked out and ate foie gras, ducks, kalbi, and tons of other fatty foods. Feels good man!

So I've started doing forced negatives once a week when I do my full body exercises and I am almost positive I'm getting stronger by doing it. Though I can only do like 6-8 reps and only 2 sets doing them or else my angus gets peppered.

So I tried smith machine squats today with only 35lbs on each side so it's like 85lbs... Nope still can't squat without hurting my lumbar
