Can go thru a deer pretty quick with a bunch of hillbillys drinkin beer man. I think last year at camp we processed and went thru 6-7 deer between a few of us/families. I betcha there are times we go thru a deer in a few days just with people stoppin by and eating. Deer chili is a camp staple. The downside is...the camp has a stench that would gag a maggot the next day.

i cut out all of the steaks in the hind quarters. The eye of round is probably my favorite cut, save for the tenderloins and backstrap.
The shoulders, and all of the mean with "no form". go into the bucket in which i make my sausage and hamburger meat.

I grind up my deer meat with bacon. OMG venison bacon burgers.. FUUUUUUUUUUUUMUYLIFE

I haven't been on a good hunting trip since I joined the military about 7 years ago. Only went bow hunting once with my uncle when I was like 15-16, it was a blast but I needed practice more.

I love rifle hunting though, dad taught me how to shoot really well.
