Brahs wanted updates so now 1 week out from comp, how am I looking brahs ? The first pics are actually 2 weeks out, so 6 days ago so no water loading or anything has began in these pics. The pics are in dim lighting so you can see no special effects etc, just me. Then I have a photo below with some decent lighting. Slight pump, although this was after posing practice and that's the reason I'm wearing posing shorts. I work at the gym and we closed it off to practice posing (No homo).
I'm competing in the under 75kg category and it's a fitness model category.
And one in better lighting so show abs.

I started on higher calories and macros, but got down to this
Do not go by these macros, they're off but I sort of slipped into them over time. At the moment I'm 220/150/50 or so with a refeed every 4th day (160/500/30). P/C/F obviously.
Meal 1: Scoop protein or egg whites + slice wholewheat toast or oats.
Meal 2: Tuna salad wholewheat wrap. (on that broscience complex carb time).
Meal 3: Chicken + veg
Meal 4: Chicken + rice
Meal 5: Eggs/nuts/cheese
Fcking boring but it works. Forever hungry.
Currently everything is compeltely different as of yesterday and I am on 8L water a day.

It's hard, especially in the winter.. And at times has been a struggle. But looking at my competition I've come in one of the leanest I think. Will see on the day but hopefully it has been worth it.
I know that feel. Want to go out and eat so much.
I will be binging the day after then straight back onto maintenance for a recomp. Got shoots coming up . At least I won't be in a deficit though. I don't have an issue eating these foods, it's the hunger problems for me. Cardio isn't too fun either lol.

I have been for this past year, yup. Lol I'm currently not sane, not gonna lie. I cannot wait for this peak week and to eat some food followed by the post show binge. Never felt like this before, always been so dialed in with my training and diet, but when you get this lean it's hard and I am reallyyyy struggling. It comes down to how much I want it.
