Hey guys,
I have some questions about body building... I am 15 years old. First off all look at my pictures to see how my body is... I am training with dumbbells (6kg) and i want to do cardio (with bike) to lose fat... I have about 18% fat and i want to go 10% so believe me, every muscle will be defined... I am training about 7 months with 2-3kg dumbbells but now i started doing 6kg. So i think my muscles are ready for 'heavy' weights.... Plz tell me a simple workout plan to lose my excess fat but NOT lose my muscles.. And also a simple diet plan for breakfast, Post workout and dinner(+before be)... I will appreciate if u help me get results fast... I want to be cool for the summer... I hope i get some results in 1-2 months...

Problem: Y'ain't got any muscle to cut.
If you cut now, you'll just end up looking like a twig with abs. Once you get past 17, that stops being attractive to girls.
