Nice pad for sure...seems all the top tier IFBB Pro's are very comfortable. Clearly, majority of their money comes from supplements and endorsements and the smart ones likely invest that money to make more.
Branch isn't one of my favourite bodybuilders but he was pretty cool and chill in this video blog of his home. Has a nice dog because I have the same...hahaa...for some reason I was picturing him with a few pitbull's or rotty's...and a F650 SuperTruck with flames down the front and sides...heh heh...

Branch is a highly succesfull man. The cost of the upkeep on that mansion must be as much as the average US wage per year. Its a good house but I would not have put the 4 pillars on the front of it, I would have instead invested in an indoor tennis court/gym keeping the design of the house un pretentious.

you guys also gotta take into consideration the cost of the "lot", the 5 acres of land the house is on.. there is a good chance the land is expensive as shytt.. another few hundred thousand+ quite possibly..
