    I was on the overweight side growing up too, and then straight up obese in my twenties. But I've lost over 80 pounds this year! So excited! Congrats to you bud!

    You have to want a great body REALLY bad to take the time to prepare food. America is all about what's quick and easy instead of healthy and better in the long run. Truly unfortunate.

    yeah. its tough. i can totally get fat from home cooking so i can imagine how hard it would be to constantly eat out all the time

    luckily i have friends that do that and i get to watch what it does to them
