I was on the overweight side growing up too, and then straight up obese in my twenties. But I've lost over 80 pounds this year! So excited! Congrats to you bud!

I pretty much eat only food that's cooked from scratch at home and when I eat something 'bad' I know it's high cal and I regard it as a treat.
OK, caffeine is a poison........I admit that I overdose on that
The scary thing now is that if I go to any mall in town I will see really fat people chowing down awful sh!t and loading up their trolleys with pre-prepared food. Is it any wonder that they're all the l@rd-@rses are turning diabetic!
I have to deal with these people every day and they make my job really hard........OK rant over!

im trying to build on my 6/4 plan
yeah. its tough. i can totally get fat from home cooking so i can imagine how hard it would be to constantly eat out all the time
luckily i have friends that do that and i get to watch what it does to them
very true. my neighbors dont even throw their recyclables in the bin... even though its 2ft away
quick and easy isnt always the best.
